RATES: Our $150 to $275 rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax. Separate sleeping arrangements are available at a charge of $15 per day. A third person is charged an additional $25 per day.
PAYMENT: For a stay of one or two nights, a minimum deposit of one night's lodging is required. Reservations of three or more nights require a fifty per cent (50%) deposit. When making your reservation, an acceptable credit card number must be provided to guarantee the deposit and confirm the reservation. Upon arrival, you may pay by personal check, traveler's cheques, cash or credit card.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: An innkeeper will be available for check-ins between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Please call ahead regarding later arrivals. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
CANCELLATIONS: You must give us at least seven days' notice of cancellation for each room reserved. If you have reserved two or more rooms, you must give us ten days notice of cancellation in advance of your arrival date. With early departure or cancellation or any of the reserved dates with less than seven or ten days' notice, you will be charged for those nights that we cannot re-rent the rooms.
Although we suggest booking well in advance, your last minute calls are always welcome.

The Sandpiper House Inn welcomes guests year-round. A two night minimum stay is required on weekends and three days on many holidays. Our room rates include a two course gourmet breakfast served in the breakfast nook overlooking the ocean at 8:30 am. . Coffee and muffins are usually available around 7:00 am. We also serve complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres by the living room fireplace in the evening. Smoking is restricted to the outdoor areas. We do not accept pets, and children under twelve are discouraged due to the peaceful atmosphere expected by our guests.
Off-season rates are available upon request, and apply to non-holiday weekdays between November and April.
